Food Safety Supervisor Course

 

Overview

 The aim of this course is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to supervise and handle food preparation. You will learn how to follow workplace hygiene procedures and to apply food safety procedures. Participants will receive an approved certificate from the Food Authority NSW, which is a legal requirement for Food Safety Supervisors in NSW.
